Community Guidelines

HIVLoveUSA is a sanctuary free from diagnostic judgment, moral lecturing, or health-based shaming. We welcome all community members: people newly diagnosed, long-term survivors, serodifferent couples, and allies.

• ✦ Prohibited: Derogatory language regarding viral load, transmission history, medication regimens, or physical health status.
• ✦ Encouraged: Compassionate listening, mutual encouragement, and scientific literacy (such as U=U consensus).

Privacy is our foremost architecture. Any breach of another member's confidential identity is met with immediate, permanent expulsion.

• ✦ Strictly Forbidden: Taking screenshots of profiles, exporting private conversations, sharing a member’s status outside the platform, or attempting to "out" anyone.
• ✦ Protected Choice: Members have full control over when to reveal their face, alias, or exact neighborhood. Respect each person's pacing.

Dating should feel warm, engaging, and consensual. We maintain strict safeguards against harassment, unsolicited explicit content, and commercial spam.

• ✦ Consent First: Do not send sexually explicit messages or photos without prior mutual consent.
• ✦ No Financial Solicitation: Asking for money, cryptocurrency, or promoting third-party businesses is prohibited.
• ✦ Graceful Acceptance of 'No': If a match expresses disinterest or stops responding, accept their boundary with courtesy.

Our trust and safety team reviews reports 24/7. Members can block or report any profile with a single tap.
